At the beginning of 2013, Jeremy and I decided that we were going to head to Colorado in July to celebrate our anniversary and to spend some time with Jeremy’s extended family. My love for Colorado isn’t a secret, by any means. If it weren’t for family and friends (and, our awesome clients;) in the Midwest we’d be out there in a heartbeat. 🙂 When I met with Elizabeth and her mom for the first time I learned that she and Michael were currently living in Colorado. I couldn’t help but mention shooting their engagement session out there. So, when the plans fell into place I couldn’t have been more excited.
We had such an amazing evening getting to know the two of them. They are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I knew from the first time I met Elizabeth that we shared many similarities/common interests. However, at their engagement session, after meeting Michael, I knew we were going to have a blast at their wedding. And, that we did. I couldn’t share their wedding without sharing their engagement photos first. These photos should’ve been shared long, long ago. However, there is this part of me that realizes its hard to say when we’ll be out there again…wanted to relish in this scenery for a bit longer. 😉
We love you guys to pieces! Can’t wait to share your wedding with you next!
Our final location was within walking distance of the wildflower field. Of course, we would get to see a mule deer feeding while we were shooting…much to Jeremy’s outdoorsman delight. 😉
Gosh, you guys are adorable! Loved so many of these!
Beautiful photos and couple! Love her second dress!
Loved the pictures–
