I remember the days when Jeremy and I lived in different states while we were dating. During that time, we made phone calls from landlines (ha!) and sent numerous emails throughout the day. Thankfully, those days only took place during our summer break from college and the summer leading up to our wedding. How did we stay connected or plan a wedding without modern-day technology??? I’m laughing as I write this since we really aren’t as old as that sounds. Anyway, the whole point of this story was that I’ve admired watching Addison and Colleen since I first met with Colleen at her consult. They’ve been living in different states while they pursue their careers (Missouri for Colleen and Indiana/Pennsylvania for Addison). I know how hard that can be (and, we only did it for a short time) yet they do it with such ease and confidence in each other and who they are together. They know this is only a season because being together forever will far surpass the challenges of being apart today.

Addison and Colleen had the perfect fall day. It was warm for September, but the day was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was in place and Colleen looked absolutely stunning. We managed to fulfill every location on their schedule with time to spare. On a wedding day…that can be a rarity. Yet, the reality is that just being together was enough for these two and that’s what its all about. Cherishing each moment together…knowing a lifetime lies ahead of them.

We couldn’t have been more honored to be a part of their day. Their families and wedding party were such a joy to be around. Thank you for choosing us, Addison and Colleen. Much love and hugs to you both…
